Data-driven organizations – Best practices for operationalization of AI in Sweden

Santa Anna, together with AI Sweden, is conducting this MLOps project to adress this question.

The project tackles both technical and organizational challenges. On the technical side, it asks how new data interacts with existing models, whether updated models remain consistent, and how retraining can be managed effectively. On the organizational side, it addresses the roles, processes, and prerequisites needed to ensure AI adoption serves the right objectives.

The goal is to create a framework for scalable MLOps in Sweden, helping organizations adapt as data and technology evolve. The project will deliver tools and guidelines that enable businesses to move beyond prototypes into sustainable, data-driven operations.
